Q How can I place an order?

A You can contact any of our sales person for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time.
Q Can you provide ODM/OEM service?

A Yes. We have a professional designer team. We will have new design developed every month. We can design only for you at your need.
Q What about the lead time for mass production?

A
Bulk orders usually need around 45-60 days after sample is confirmed .

As to sample, it usually takes around 15 days after all the details are confirmed.
Q What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.

You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q What is your payment term?

A We accept payment by TT 30% deposit and balance against B/L copy or L/C AT SIGHT.
Q What is MOQ?

A Our MOQ is 2400prs in two colors for cemented shoes. And 3600prs in three colors for slippers, vulcanized shoes and injection shoes.
